The short version: a plan gives you creator-style voices in the VoiceLab app on a Windows PC with an NVIDIA graphics card, for as long as you keep paying. Your first 3 days are free, and it renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account. Use the voices for fun and for your content, but not to scam, harass or fool anyone.

Who we are

voicestool.com is Creator Voice Tools (“we”, “us”). By buying from us or using the site or the VoiceLab app, you agree to these terms. If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission before you buy.

What you’re buying

A plan is a subscription to digital voice presets (AI voice models) in the style of creators, used in the VoiceLab app. While your plan is active you get a personal licence to use your voices for fun and for your own content: streams, videos, clips and voice chat. On the 5 and 10 voice plans you pick your voices when you sign up. They stay locked through the free trial and your first month; after that you can pick a new set once a month, counted from your billing date. Moving up a plan keeps your voices and adds more. If we ever retire a voice you picked, you can pick another in its place. All Voices includes every voice, including new ones. When a plan ends, its voices lock again. You can’t resell, share or upload the voices for other people to use.

If you bought a one-time pack before plans started, those voices stay yours to keep, under the terms you bought them on.

The voices are creator-style effects. They aren’t made, approved or endorsed by the creators they’re styled after, and they don’t give you any rights to those creators’ names or likeness.

What you need

A Windows 10 or 11 PC with an NVIDIA graphics card and a microphone. The VoiceLab app doesn’t run on consoles, Macs, phones or PCs with AMD or Intel graphics. Please check this before you buy.

Plans, the free trial and renewals

Prices are in US dollars: 5 Voices $6.99 a month or $54.99 a year; 10 Voices $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year; VoiceLab Pro $9.99 a month or $39.99 a year. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card number.

Free trial: new customers get 3 days free, once per person and per card. You add a card when you start. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged the plan’s price on that day. We email you before that happens.

Renewals: your plan renews automatically every month or every year (whichever you chose) at the same price, and your card is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. We email you a week before a yearly plan renews.

Cancelling: cancel anytime from your account. Cancel during the free trial and you’re never charged; the trial ends right away and its voices lock. After that, cancelling stops the next payment and you keep your voices until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Moving up a plan charges the difference for the rest of the current period.

A creator code takes money off your first payment only. Charges show on your statement with VOICESTOOL in the name.

Delivery

Your voices unlock in the VoiceLab app as soon as your plan or trial starts. Download the app from your account and sign in. If you started without an account, we email you a link to set a password.

Refunds

Cancel during the free trial and nothing is charged. Payments after that aren’t refunded for part of a period, but you can cancel anytime so you aren’t charged again. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or your voices never showed up, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund that payment.

Using the voices fairly

Don’t use the voices or the app to:

scam, threaten, harass or bully anyone,
pretend to be a real person in a way meant to fool people,
break the law or the rules of the platform you’re on.

We can close accounts that do this, without a refund.

The VoiceLab app

The app is free with your plan, and one voice in it is free for everyone with an account. We update it from time to time. Don’t copy, resell or try to take apart the app or the voice files.

The fine print

We work hard to keep everything running, but the site, the app and the voices are provided as they are, and we can’t promise they’ll suit every setup. As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
