Privacy policy

The short version: we keep what we need to deliver your voices and run your account. We don’t sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are

This policy covers voicestool.com and the VoiceLab app, from Creator Voice Tools.

What we collect

Your account: your email address and, if you set one, your password (stored scrambled, never in plain text).
Your purchases: what you bought, the price, any code you used, and the payment reference from Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your full card number.
Discord, if you connect it: your Discord ID and username, so we can add you to our server and give you the buyer role.
Sign-in details: the IP address and browser of each sign-in, to keep your account secure.
Emails: which of our emails we sent you, and whether you unsubscribed.
Visits: page views counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or build a profile of you.

Why we use it

to deliver your voices and let you download them and the app,
to run your account, answer support questions and prevent fraud,
to send receipts and account emails,
to send occasional emails about new voices and offers, which you can stop with one click,
to see which pages work, so we can improve the site.

Cookies and storage

We only use what the site needs to work:

a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in (30 days),
a cookie that remembers a creator code from a creator’s link (30 days),
cookies that remember a first-order discount you claimed and whether you closed the offer pop-up,
a short-lived cookie used while you connect Discord,
your browser’s own storage to remember the email you typed at checkout and to finish a purchase after you log in.

There are no advertising cookies.

Who helps us run the site

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the site for us:

Stripe (payments)
Vercel (hosting and visit counts)
Supabase (our database)
Cloudflare (storing the voice files and images)
Resend (sending emails)
Discord (only if you connect your account)

These services may process data in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchases while your account exists, so you can keep downloading what you bought. We may need to keep payment records longer for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.
Disconnect Discord from your account page.
Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted: message us on our Discord.

Kids

The site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you’re under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy.
